Change Policy

You have every right to return the product you have ordered.

To avoid the possibility of wrong ordering we suggest that you consult by phone.

 For the change process you must follow these steps:

  1. Call us by phone before sending to inform you about the procedure. It is advisable when you call us to have come up with the product you want.
  2. You send the parcel TOGETHER WITH THE RECEIPT back to us ONLY with ACS. Specifically, they are called to the 8011100011 and they are told that you want to make a return with a sender charge.

In order to have the right to change a product, the following conditions must be met in full:

  1. Please inform us by phone immediately in case you wish to change. Communication with us must not exceed 10 working days from the date of delivery.
  2. The product you wish to return must be in exactly the same condition as the one we delivered to you without signs of wear or use. The product should be returned in its original packaging. The package should include everything that was in the package (instructions for use, any accessories of the product) and you return the package with ACS COURIER and your own charge to:

If the product does not meet the above conditions we reserve the right not to accept your request for return - change.

How will my money be refunded?

Once we receive your return, the procedures for the refund of your value will begin. The way the refund is made depends on the payment method you had chosen. Thus, the amount will be refunded either by cancelling the charge of your credit card, or by depositing the amount within seven (7) working days in the bank account that you will indicate to us if you had paid by cash on delivery.

How much will be refunded to me?


We will refund the amount corresponding to the value of the products. You will not be refunded the original shipping costs of the order, while the cost of returning the items will be deducted with ACS, in case you have used this return method.
